The ANTARTICA series has been a pleasure to produce, both because of the challenges it presented me in uncovering, repairing, and mastering the original stereo tracks into somewhat presentable form. Also though, because it pays homage and preserves forever the great work the three of us did way back then.

These tracks were recorded live in 1982-83 before any of the technology we now take for granted even existed. I even had to program my synthesizer sounds in real time as I played with the other hand. Timing was everything, and not just in a musical sense.
